Low-voltage floor heating Ekoss can be installed in two variants:

1. on the shirt
2. under the shirt

Depending on the purpose of the building, i.e. whether the building is intended for living or renting out, we advise clients on a certain variant.

If the building is intended for living in it, we advise that the heating is done under the lining.

Advantages of Electric Floor Heating:

Longer retention of heat in the space (the jacket radiates much longer), which results in a shorter time period of operation during one day and reduced electricity costs. of energy at the end of the month.

Disadvantages of Electric Floor Heating:

Like any underfloor heating, this system is slow and needs a long time to heat up the space the first time it is switched on (approx. 24-48h).

If the building is intended for rent, we advise the client to place the heating on the lining.

Advantages of Electric Floor Heating:

Rapid heating of the space (in just a few hours), so that your clients who come to the facility can immediately enjoy a warm and pleasant space.

Disadvantages of Electric Floor Heating:

Shorter retention of heat in the space after turning off the system, which means that the system will work longer per day and therefore consume a little more.

The price of Ekoss electric floor heating is variable depending on how many m2 there is to work with.

Prices range from €30 to €150 / m2, of course it is not possible for one bathroom and a 100m2 apartment to cost the same.
